These Terms govern use of this website and, where applicable, professional services supplied by Northlight Bench Ltd to business customers in the United Kingdom. By using the site or signing a contract, you agree to these Terms.

Services are described in statements of work or order forms. Fees are in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by English law; nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Governing law is the law of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Intellectual property, confidentiality, and data processing follow the relevant contract and our Privacy Policy. Either party may terminate in line with the contract; where silent, thirty days' written notice may apply subject to payment for work performed.
